This enables the business to offer solutions to problems where others fail, and ultimately gives peace of mind to our clients. Vic Richards
Operations Director
Vic is a qualified engineer with over 37 years experience. His background has included working for the Bayer Group as a site manager for 7 years. Vic has worked in the Events services business for 7 years and is accomplished at leading from the front line while liaising with clients. As well as being SIA qualified, Vic enjoys strong relationships with all our clients and always ensures the highest service levels are maintained.
Kevin D'Arcy
Director of Security
Kevin D'Arcy has a wealth of experience and expertise gained from over 17 years working within the Security Industry. Having been responsible for running the security operations of many of the most prestigious sporting events and venues in the UK, his list of high profile clients only confirms his vast knowledge of the field. In addition his in-depth knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments has seen him sit on a number of safety advisory group that enables him to provide peace of mind to all the events he is involved with. Kevin operates a hands-on approach and is always available to offer advice and support to clients and colleagues.
Jane Davenport-Simpson
Director of Operations
Jane has over 35 years HR and Recruitment experience and manages the Finance, Administration and HR side of the business as well as overseeing Windsor Racecourse and a variety of other Contracts . Having first hand experience of recruitment and HR issues as both a client and as a Consultant gives Jane the unique ability to offer support and advice to both colleagues and clients.
James Holzherr
Business Development Director
James has a vast knowledge of working within the recruitment industry gained through over 11 years experience of business development, servicing and staff management. James is dedicated to excellence and constantly strives to set new standards within the marketplace. he prides himself on his knowledge, commitment and no-nonsense approach and is always confident that he can match the candidates and clients perfectly. James can be contacted 24 hours a day, ensuring no matter what time our clients need to make a booking, he is always there to help.
Nicki Couston
Administrator
Nicki is the newest member of the team. Nicki graduated from University last year with a degree in Mathematics for Finance and Management. She then went on to work as a Chalet host in the resort of Les Arcs in France and was voted best host in resort and 6th out of 175 Chalets in the company. She is looking to develop a career with Richards Events and learn more about the Events, Security and Recruitment industry. She is very active specifically enjoying skiing, windsurfing and music.
In addition to the above we also have a number of experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders who will assist with the management and running of events.
