About the Role
We are seeking to recruit an additional high – profile SIA Door Supervisor to join our already established teams for a job at a boutique country house in Lymington. This is a hands-on role as you will be required to work with in-house team across 40 events each year and help with the end of the event procedures. The shifts will be run on Thursdays and/or Saturdays from 19.00 pm until 03.00am. This is a remote, yet easily accessible by car location, therefore you are required to have your own reliable transport. Parking will be available on site.
Requirements
Job Summary
Working alongside the onsite security you will be:
Meeting and greeting guests
Facilitating the smooth running of the event with the client
Dealing with and logging incidents if they should occur throughout the shift
Helping in-house staff with end of the event procedures.
Applicants must have:
Hold a valid Front Line SIA Door Supervisor Licence or above – copies will be required including ACT certificates and First Aid Certificate.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to work professionally under your own initiative as well as part of our teams.
Be impeccably presented.
We offer:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour, paid weekly PAYE

About the Company
Richards Events have a very busy event calendar.
You will also have the opportunity to work at other venues locally including Ageas Bowl, New Forest Show, Beaulieu and The Winchester Christmas Market.
You must be able to work weekend shifts (but not necessarily every week) and be reliable and well presented.
